Membership Renewal - June 2010

It's time to renew your AAUW Boca Raton Membership for 2010-2011. Since our membership year starts on July 1st, we need to get our membership information and dues to the National and State Organizations by the end of June.

We had our last meeting of the year and our sunset dinner at Testa's Palm Beach on May 22nd, 2010. We had a wonderful day, meeting with the women VA veterans and going out to dinner afterwards. As you can see the Boca Raton Branch is working on staying a viable branch and we continue to support the National and State Organizations with our membership dues.

President Pat Burke has done a great job of keeping the group together with the meetings and activities that she has planned this year, and we look forward to an even more eventful and exciting year coming up. We hope that you continue to participate with this special group of women who choose to belong to the AAUW, and help us carry out the mission of making the United States a better place for women to work and live.

In addition, you get to enjoy the company of other educated women here in Boca Raton. Thanks to your past support, AAUW is providing vital programs for woman throughout our community. By renewing your membership, you enable the chapter to continue our community education programs, book clubs, and gatherings. AAUW thrives on member involvement.
